Sean’s history within the insurance market started as a commercial producer. His keen insight and entrepreneurial spirit quickly lead him to navigate executive management prompting the launch his own brokerage early within his professional career. With traction from a successful brokerage build and sale, Sean turned his attention onto his next challenge, broker/producer education and training. Now with 2 decades of industry expertise, Sean serves on numerous executive committees and is a seasoned lecturer and trainer at McGill University.

Lise Laframboise
Lise joins our team with an extensive educational background as a professor of math, economics and accounting at the collegiate level and also at the University of Montreal where her practical accounting background provided the opportunity to manage and administer research funding. Lise’ experience lead her into the private sector where she enjoys a highly successful career within the insurance industry through accounting / data management systems establishment, operations management, staff recruitment, training and client services.
