Bruce’s insurance career spans 30+ years in the industry. As co-founder of the MIHI Group, he has developed a variety of insurance management products and tools to drive sales, profitability and growth within brokerages.

Having entered the insurance industry through the family brokerage upon completing his MBA at Western University, Bruce’s business insight connected him with the position of providing executive advice and risk management guidance. After purchasing the shares of the family business, he launched an acquisition strategy that spanned 11 brokerages and 100 million in premium. This series of successful mergers placed the business in a highly sought after position, and was eventually purchased by an insurer where Bruce remained as President for the next 4 years.

Various changes in the insurance industry over the past decade prompted Bruce to evaluate the service he was able to provide his clients within the traditional brokerage structure. In 2005 he joined with Geoff Garden to develop The MIHI Group – a decision which created a platform to provide insurance industry clients and fellow entrepreneurs the opportunity to achieve similar business and personal growth utilizing his extensive expertise at all levels of brokerage/corporate management and his visionary approach to organizational structures and strategic planning.

Co-founder of The MIHI Group, Geoff has been an International banking professional for more than 20 years. Previously named one of the 100 most influential people in finance, Geoff has traveled the globe extensively working with clients for Deutsche Bank and the Bank of America.

As Managing Director and Head of Global Cash Management for Corporates in the US, Geoff successfully defined the strategy for expanding Deutsche Bank's role in the US, North and South American markets. Prior to Deutsche Bank his distinguished career with Bank of America included locations in the UK, Canada and the United States as Group Head, Global Treasury Services for the Bank's Real Estate Group as well as Senior Vice President overseeing Global Treasury Services in Canada.

Geoff’s experience and keen insight creates a dynamic approach to business strategy and planning that transcends all sectors from large corporate to small business.

A pioneer in the emerging world of IT back in the 1980’s, Brian quickly became a national leader in processes and systems that would span decades in the trucking, manufacturing and insurance industries alike. Brian’s extensive financial and technological expertise developed while working with Stephens Adamson, Minister of Finance, Canada Transport, Quinte Transport and later within the insurance industry – a career that spans 30+ years.

Brian’s instinctual abilities lead him to asking thought provoking questions ensuring all aspects of the financial and physical business are addressed.
