Our focus in 2009 was to bring peace, process and prosperity to our operations at Bradley’s Insurance. As the start to this process we brought MIHI in to work through their PLT program. As Cheryl delved into the delivery of the PLT Program, we were so impressed with the observations and plans of action she was recommending that we decided to contract with MIHI for a full year of ongoing services.
